Canción de la semana 20/07/2009: Manowar - Heart of Steel

DarkDijkstra se está empeñando en ampliar un poco mi cultura musical y este fin de semana me ha estado poniendo bastante de Manowar y entre lo que me ha estado poniendo me voy a quedar con Heart of Steel de uno de sus discos más famoso: Kings of Metal. La canción me ha llamado la atención porque es un ejemplo de libro de como hacer una balada (canción lenta... Manowar no hace baladas).

Realmente es un ejemplo de libro de como hacer una balada (en términos musicales)... de comienzo lento (prácticamente sólo con el piano), se vuelve épica en el estribillo y según se va repitiendo va ganando fuerza y épica, así como instrumentación.

Pero en el fondo me gusta porque es belleza y fuerza a partes iguales, especialemene en la segunda parte la canción.
